Nowadays, when the economic scene is constantly being updated, every new day brings a number of complex tasks and challenges to enterprises. Market conditions that previously seemed stable are now undergoing constant evolution and transformation. In this dynamic and unpredictable environment, in order not only to hold on to their positions and maintain the already won frontiers, but also to move forward, become leaders and strengthen their competitiveness among other market players, enterprises need to take adequate and targeted measures. One of the most effective and reasonable ways that can help them achieve these goals is through the active and comprehensive implementation of innovative technologies and advanced management practices. Innovation, which includes the development and implementation of the latest technologies and innovative approaches to doing business, occupies one of the central places in the strategic plans of many companies. These companies, with their desire for dynamic and sustainable development, understand that only constant work on innovation can guarantee them market leadership and ensure continued successful development in a highly competitive environment.
