Process model of the commercial firm

The aim of the research is the model building of the company management system that deals with the development and maintenance of websites. For the research of subject domain the methodology of structural analysis and design (SADT) was used. As a result of research of subject domain the unified glossary of terms, names and attributes of objects and the formalized description of firm activity were compiled. During the subject domain research special attention was paid to the elimination of the information subjectivity obtained from questioning employees. As the result of research a model of the company management system was built which includes the following: organization chart, three-level business process model. The developed model can be used to build the business structure of the similar sphere, and also to simulate its operation under various external effects.
