One of the features of the functioning of the Unified Gas Supply System (UGSS) facilities and gas processing is the formation of a specific system and structure for the rational supply and consumption of energy, water supply and sewerage. The energy production and technological complexes, consisting of objects of production, transport, processing and underground gas storage is a complex set of units that consume and simultaneously generate various types of energy resources, the main of which are electrical and thermal energy. An important part of the life support of production is also the extraction of water, disposal and treatment of wastewater. In addition to its own production facilities, the energy system and the water supply and wastewater system are also used to supply residential buildings in order to ensure the domestic needs of the population living in the surrounding areas. In the context of global instability of the world economy, the fall in the price of energy (oil and gas), issues of increasing transparency and optimizing the cost of energy supply to the Unified Gas Supply System are becoming urgent. In this article, it is proposed to carry out the solution of the tasks set by developing a new process-oriented business model for energy supply of the Unified Gas Supply System using the concept of “consumer value”.
