Process models of development of a triad of subsystems of medical and preventive institutions: management, resources, potential. Potential

The process model of the development of the healthcare facility system should be built on a triad basis as the interaction of three subsystems: 1) Effective “management”; 2) The effective volume of “resources”; 3) The effective level of “potential”. On the basis of new principles, scientifically grounded organizational-structural, functional-technological and socio-psychological aspects of the activity of the health care system of the Kyrgyz Republic as a whole have been built.
