The paper examines the theoretical aspects of integrating the process approach to personnel management into the activities of the organization. A review of opinions on the formation of the economic content of the subject of research is presented, key elements and stages of implementation of processes in a modern company are identified. The principles and tools for introducing this direction into the activities of an economic entity are substantiated. A process approach to personnel management in an organization is presented based on the delimitation of responsibilities and powers. As the study showed, along with traditional methods of managing the activities of companies, a process approach is becoming relevant, allowing one to avoid many problems and increase the efficiency of the financial and economic activities of the company as a whole. However, this area is debatable and requires improvement of existing methodological tools for integrating this process into practical activities based on generalizing the experience of successfully functioning organizations.
