Process approach to increasing the economic efficiency of enterprise operations

The article is devoted to the issue of implementing a process approach in enterprise management in order to ensure economic efficiency using the example of a large textile manufacturing plant. Currently, the issue of increasing the indicators characterizing the economic efficiency of an enterprise is one of the key ones. The relevance of the presented study is due to the fact that management did not consider the application of the process approach in enterprise management. The main emphasis is on problems that can be solved by applying a process approach. The purpose of this study was to develop proposals for the implementation of the process approach. The article reveals the importance and advantages of using the process approach, and suggests ways to achieve increased efficiency of the enterprise. The object of the study was the limited liability company Kamyshinsky Textiles, which is engaged in the production of raw cotton fabrics, commercial yarn, and garments.
