Remedial powers of the expert at appointment and examination manufacture on materials of the Russian criminally-remedial legislation

The article is devoted problems of remedial powers of the expert in the criminally-remedial doctrine, to questions of practical realization by the judicial expert of its rights and duties. Development of judicial examination and the rights and duties of the expert in Russia on the basis of a historicism principle is traced, and also it is offered to expand, specify and add the rights and duties of the expert in the modern criminallyremedial doctrine and to bring respective alterations and additions in the legislation.
