The article examines the legal status of the prosecutor. Participation of the prosecutor in the consideration of labor disputes. The objectives of the prosecutor’s activity on participation in the civil process. In the sphere of the prosecutor’s office, the protection of labor rights by the prosecutor, as well as of the freedoms and legitimate interests of citizens in civil proceedings, is an independent and mandatory continuation of supervisory activities in the field of labor relations, as well as a significant part of the protection of constitutional rights and freedoms of citizens.
