Processes of innovative development of manufacturing enterprises in modern conditions

The problematic issues of increasing the success of innovative activities of domestic machine-building enterprises are considered. It shows the difficult financial and economic condition of many domestic enterprises, especially in the manufacturing industries, complicating their prospects for innovative development. At the same time, the use of only own and limited-scale funds does not allow us to count on a significant increase in the innovative activity of enterprises, to ensure high rates of increase in both industry production efficiency and the basis of technological sovereignty. When analyzing macro- and micro-changes affecting the innovation process of machine-building enterprises, it seems necessary to divide them into internal and external. The first should include various transformational shifts in global markets, while the internal ones include the conditions of activity developing in domestic markets. The results of the conducted research allow us to conclude that when planning innovations, it is necessary to take into account the result of their manifestation for a strategic period, to develop appropriate alternative strategies, since this activity is high-risk in nature at significant costs. The results of the study are aimed at improving the methodological apparatus for the intensification of the development of manufacturing industries, priority support for machine-building industries generating high added value based on innovative activities.
