Strength, impact toughness and fracture mechanism of thermoplastic processed low-alloy steel at 213 K

Бесплатный доступ

A determination of impact toughness at temperatures 213 K and investigation mechanism of fracture 09G2S low alloyed steel at low temperature depending on the type of treatment, and combinations thereof was carried out. A comparison of the values of microhardness and strength of steel processed various ways was done. It is shown that the equal-channel angular pressing (ECAP) pre-hardened and tempered steel 09G2S provides higher values of tensile strength, microhardness and toughness than just after ECAP.
