Producing talented youth in Perm krai as one of the regional development ways

This work serves to substantiate the application of the practice of producing talented youth not only as one of the direct forms of organizing work with young talents, but also as indirect ways of developing the region. The author considers the phenomenon of producing talented youth as a prospect for creating a brand of the territory, increasing the migration attractiveness of the region and creating an interdepartmental system of interaction between power structures at the regional level.
