The article reveals allegorical images of the elements embodied in the work of Jan Bruegel the Younger. The philosophical aspects and deciphering of symbols and attributes depicting the elements are considered, as well as the characteristic features inherent in the images of allegories of the Bruegel dynasty are revealed.
