The safety of food products is not only the most important socio-economic problem, but is an integral part of food security of the state as a whole. In addition, in connection with the rapidly increasing globalization of the world economy, issues of food safety with full confidence can be attributed to the primary elements of economic, environmental and political security. For a long time the European Union for Russia is the major trading partner even despite unfavorable recent years, the transformation cooperation. In accordance with the provisions of the current foreign policy Concept of the Russian Federation the most important resource of promoting national interests of our state is the activation of mutually beneficial bilateral relations with the member States of the EU (the Kingdom of Spain, the Italian Republic, the Federal Republic of Germany, the French Republic, etc.). In this article, using methods of analysis and synthesis of legal principle was considered by the security settings for products of animal origin, both for untreated and for treated (Regulations № 853/2004, № 2074/2005, № 1276/2011)...
