Food legislation European Union: securing animal product safety

The safety of food products is not only the most important socio-economic problem, but is an integral part of food security of the state as a whole. In addition, in connection with the rapidly increasing globalization of the world economy, issues of food safety with full confidence can be attributed to the primary elements of economic, environmental and political security.
