A rapidly expanding dynamics of the process of international economic integration, contributing to the enhancement of interstate cooperation in the direction of the barrier-free movement of goods and services «dictate» an urgent need to harmonize legislative and regulatory frameworks in order to develop a uniform regulatory mechanisms. Despite sanctions and the food embargo on trade volumes in monetary terms Russia for Europe is the third largest trade partner. Food raw materials and food produced in the countries of the European Community, in terms of safety and quality reasonably considered one of the most reliable. The development of diversification of agricultural exports should be considered as one of the highly promising, priority areas and sustainable development of the agroindustrial complex. Requirements of EU legislation must take account of the organization engaged in foreign economic activities in the area of food supply.
