The article determines the influence of multi-level agricultural technologies for cultivating spring wheat on the infection rate of agrophytocenosis in the forest-steppe of the Omsk region. The features of the development of root rot and leaf-stem infections in the agrocenosis of wheat crops in four soil cultivation systems, when using chemicals, have been established. The conditions for the development of leaf stem infections in the agricultural landscapes of the region have been determined. The importance of the main factors that have a dominant influence on the development of plant diseases and wheat yield is substantiated. The influence of methods of processing the top layer of chernozems on the development of plant diseases and loss of grain yield of the leading crop has been established. The infection of repeated crops of spring wheat by root rot exceeded the threshold of harmfulness and amounted to an average of 5.3% with the spread of infection up to 52%. During complex chemicalization, the damage to spring wheat by root rot decreased from 5.94 to 4.66% (by 21.5%) with an increase in the development of the disease on flat-cut tillage - 5.8%. The scientific novelty of the research lies in the fact that the patterns of development and spread of leaf-stem infections in the forest-steppe of the Omsk region have been established, depending on the agricultural technologies used, including systemic fungicides.
