Food brands of Bashkortostan and their use in touristic sphere

The article analyzes the positive and negative aspects of the creation of the new brand of Bashkortostan "TERRA BASHKIRIA", the problems of using the tourist brand to popularize the already well-known products of the region, such as Bashkir honey and koumiss, were considered. The peculiarities of beekeeping and koumis creation in Bashkortostan are described.
