This article is devoted to the consideration of the stages of the development of the maximum permissible emissions (MPI) project. Study of the overall structure of the project. Emissions from all sources on the territory of the enterprise were calculated. For each pollutant, the dispersion calculation was carried out and it was found out for which substances rationing is necessary.
