Project of Perm krai subprogram “Digital economy of Perm krai”

The article is devoted to the scientific and practical understanding of the possible ways of digitalization of the regional regulatory platform for the development of small and medium-sized businesses in the Perm region in order to gain the status of an investment attractive region. The article proposes to create a regional subprogram of the National program “Digital economy of the Russian Federation”, conventionally called by us “Digital economy of Perm Krai”. In addition, part of the passport of the regional project “Regional regulatory regulation of the digital environment in Perm Krai” is presented. The conclusion is made about the need for digitalization of the regulatory environment “vertically”: the previous regulation of the basic digital components at the level of Federal legislation and the subsequent adoption of regional norms aimed at digitalization of the regional regulatory platform.
