Now the dwelling, for each person, is necessary for normal productive life. The dwelling as a vital factor, is the cornerstone of hierarchy of needs of the person. Despite it, not each person in the Russian Federation is able to afford comfortable housing in the conditions of our economy and presently. The problem, without exaggeration, is very sharp as treats bases of activity of the person and therefore is in priorities at the government of our country. Objective assessment of the situation of security with housing in the Russian Federation demonstrates to it. In our modern time about 20% of families in the Russian Federation live in uncomfortable houses unfit for human habitation. It hasn't avoided also our republic.
