The project to implement the introduction of proactive budgeting on the territory of the municipal entity "City of Yekaterinburg" and its state regulation

In the article the concept of "Initiative budgeting", its essence and problems, which will be encountered in the implementation of this project in the budget process of municipal entities, is considered. Also, the experience of using proactive budgeting in the subjects of Russia is analyzed, in addition, the process of implementing the initiative budgeting project is proposed to introduce the "city of Yekaterinburg" on the territory of the municipality.
