This paper presents a project to create a single coordinate space in the Omsk region. Three main concerns. Creation and implementation of local coordinate systems. Creating a network of base stations. The organization of customer service, training and counseling professionals. Problem solving is achieved using modern techniques, based on the use of high-precision satellite positioning.
