Designing the activities of the organization's product quality manager

Continuous development of specialists is an important direction for maintaining the level of their competence. An important role for the acquisition and development of skills and abilities of employees is the use of methodological and technological tools of management science. The article presents a methodology for evaluating product quality managers, aimed at identifying their compliance with their current position. To increase the effectiveness of innovative proposals and develop the professionalism of product quality managers, the organization should use intensive educational technologies.
