To predict the emergence and spread of non-forest fires, especially of agricultural fires, in the southern regions of the Russian Far East, it is developed the method, based on the author’s probability model of fires occurrence, and on the Australian model of forest fires spread and prediction by MacArthur. To implement the method, the authors have designed the architecture of geographic information system.
