The article is devoted to the substantiation of methodological principles on the main components of pedagogical technology for designing individual educational results of students in the process of further education. The design of individual educational results of students is considered as a condition for individualizing the process of additional education and implementing the principle of inclusion, providing opportunities for self-realization of all students, taking into account the characteristics of their individual educational situation. The principles of orientation toward the zone of the child’s closest development, the events of the educational process and the principle of trial action are grounded as basic principles. The basic components of pedagogical technology for designing individual educational results of students in the process of additional education are characterized, which include: input diagnostics; goal setting; operationalization of individual group activity goals; organization of joint creative activity of students in the development of selected sociocultural practices; final diagnosis.
