Designing of policy: the explanatory power of the concept of political project

The article is devoted to the analysis of the intellectual production of one of the institutions of political design, organized in the format of the discussion club. The analysis of the array of information (reports of the Izborsk club) is based on the author's understanding and structuring of the concept of political project. The author considers the most significant in the structure of political projects targets, subjects, objects of design, conditions of realization of the project, the ideas lying at the basis of project design. This approach allowed identifying some features of design discourse and trends of contemporary Russian politics as well.
