Project-portfolio approach to the formation of the strategy sustainable development of the industrial enterprise

The essence and content of the algorithm for the formation of an enterprise development strategy are considered. The necessity and main elements of the development of an algorithm for the strategy of sustainable development of an enterprise are determined. The stages of developing an algorithm for the strategy of sustainable development of an enterprise in the context of a project-portfolio approach are considered in detail. It is proved that this approach will allow to identify the most efficient types of production of the enterprise and direct limited resources to its sustainable development.
