The article is devoted to the unrealized projects of a new USSR anthem (1955"1956). Special attention is given to the new content of the Soviet ideological propaganda. The research is based on the documents from the Russian State Archive of Socio"Political History (RGASPI) and State Archive of Russian Federation (GA RF).
