Professionalization as social process (to the problem of use of personnel potential in strategy of social and economic development of region)

The given article is devoted to the analysis of professionalization as a social process, that is one of the directions of the process of the general socialization of a person. It is revealed that professionalization represents multilevel and multistage phenomenon, and is carried out by means of the activity of certain public structures and social institutes, assumes the priority of questions of perfection of professional relations and the development of professional quality of a person in a society.
