Professional adaptation of young experts-geologists (on an example of graduates of chair of geology of Syktyvkar State University)

Researches about professional adaptation of graduates of chair of geology of Syktyvkar state university are executed. It is established that the adaptation of young experts-geologists on workplaces as a whole passes quite successfully to what a high percent of employment of graduates and confident fastening in geological organizations testify. The revealed difficulties arising in the process of professional adaptation of youth, testify, first of all, to necessity of closer cooperation of the higher geological formation and geological manufacture.
