Professional identity

The sample of students of the correspondence department of the directing department of one of the leading theater universities studied the characteristics of the respondents' professional identity. It was revealed that the content of professional identity among students receiving a second higher theatrical education is dominated by the image of themselves as an actor, but not as a director or manager, and many students primarily show personal rather than role-based identities.
