Professional identity of the head of children's musical collective

The article is devoted to a problem of professional identity of the head of children's musical collective. In the article reconstruction of professional identity of the informants, executed on the basis of analysis of texts of three interviews lead by the author is resulted. Professional identity is designed as result of self-identity with group and as the result of self-opposing to another. Thus comes to light conception of the actor about structure of its professional world.
