Professional ethics of stock market participants, basic ethical principles

The article discusses the most common types of crime in the stock market and the basic ethical principles and rules that all participants must implement to prevent and eliminate fraudulent activities and preserve the rights of customers and investors. Also, the article provides statistics on detected violations in transactions with securities on the Russian stock market. As a result, it was concluded that ethical principles are the basis for regulating professional relations between participants in the stock market.
