Professional culture as a value foundation of engineer’ s professional mobility formation

The author addresses to the investigation of an engineer’s professional culture as the bases of his professional mobility formation. The author considers that only through professional culture, presented by the key competences and qualifications, the goals, motives, ideals and person’s ideology as a man and a professional are transferred. The key competences and qualifications are formed in the process of humanitarian subjects’ study. The article describes supposed result of humanitarian subjects’ pedagogic potential influence on professional culture formation of a mobile engineer.
