The article considers the professional orientation features of disabled applicants and applicants with limited health abilities. The necessity of additional vocational guidance educational programme for disabled people implemented on the basis of the institution of vocational education contributing to rational vocational self-determination of the diabled has been substantiated. The content and technologies for the programme realization are introduced.
