Professional orientation of the disabled people: regional aspect

Disclosed priorities and main directions of professional orientation of people with disabilities. On the basis of the author's monitoring of the dynamics of active programs to promote employment of disabled persons in the Republic of Mari El in five years are considered. The reasons that make it difficult professional self-determination of people with disabilities and suggested forms and methods of measures to promote career guidance taking into account their specific features.
