The article explains the importance of the problem of professional and personal selfdetermination of young people. An innovative form of organization of preparing young people to the conscious choice of profession (Network Education Cluster) and a competitive system of organization of various youth learning activities within the cluster as a prerequisite for its effective implementation are offered in this article.
