Professional and personal education of students in the process of physical education at a medical university

This article examines the influence of physical culture and sports on the professional and personal education of students and what personal qualities are formed in the classroom. Physical education of university students should be carried out taking into account the conditions and nature of their future professional activity. The program of personal self-development through physical culture promotes the development of personal and professional qualities, self-developing activity, creative activity, increases self-interest and confidence in their professional abilities.
