Professional-applied physical training of soldiers of special units: method of conjugated developing of physical qualities and forming skills of managing fighting

The article presents theoretical and methodological aspect of the problem of increasing the efficiency of professional applied physical training of servicemen. The authors deal with the structure and the content of physical training, methodical approaches. They ensure the possibility of the conjugate development of leading physical qualities and the steady assimilation of a set of technical methods of hand-to-hand combat. During the pedagogical experiment, the reliable increasing indicators of the physical and special preparedness of participants in the experimental group were revealed. The results of the pedagogical experiment confirm the validity of introducing the leading principles and patterns of training into the system of professional applied physical training.
