Professional and labor determination of the youth in a region

The paper considers the issues of professional labor determination of the youth in the Republic of Mordovia; a sociological portrait of young working people is given. The empirical bases of the study were the results of sociological research conducted by the authors in 2005 and 2015. Special attention is paid to interaction of the labor market and the market of educational services in the region.
