Professional training and additional professional education of unemployed citizens

Vocational training and additional vocational education for unemployed citizens is based on an integrated approach and presupposes a certain system consisting of a complex of interrelated components, including the continuity of educational programs, the entire network of educational institutions involved in training the unemployed, taking into account professional standards of various levels and focus. The interaction of these components at all stages of training implies the creation of an integrated system of training for unemployed citizens, based on the following basic principles: continuity of training with the existing educational potential and skills of citizens' labor activity; approach to training as an integral process, which includes not only the acquisition of knowledge, skills, but also the implementation of career guidance and psychological support; formation of training content taking into account the requirements of the labor market, widespread introduction of innovative technologies and teaching methods; modular construction of professional educational programs.
