Professional self-determination and self-esteem of the youth in a region

The paper discusses the peculiarities of professional self-determination and self-esteem of the youth in the Republic of Tatarstan in modern circumstances. At the empirical level, the students’ assessment of the educational institution they chose is identified, as well as the reasons for choosing a particular university. Respondents’ satisfaction with the quality of education is also assessed. The paper proposes a vector for perfecting professional self-determination and self-esteem of students in the Republic of Tatarstan.
