Professional self-determination of personality at various stages of professionalizing

In this article the problem of professional self-determination from a position of active involvement of a personality is reflected; the model of updating of professional self-determination at various stages of professionalizing is offered. It is found out that the formation of a professional demands regular forecasting of prospects of professional activity that leads components of professional self-determination to a new level of development. It is revealed that professional self-determination proceeding during all life is initiated by the degree of social and psychological maturity of a personality and is expressed in two semantic plans - external subject and internal psychological.
