Professional competences, valuables and social status of young scientists of the region

On the basis of the results of a sociological research professional competences, leadership potential, social orientations and motivation factors of scientific and research activities of young scientists of the Republic of Mordovia are analysed. Main characteristics of the social status and problems of young scientists are brought to light.
