Physiological status of Mars-500 Project Syktyvkar participants was found to depend on professional peculiarities especially work intensity and conditions of labour and life in the Russian European North. The cardiovascular system of the Ministry of Emergency Measures (MEM) professional workers and its regulatory mechanisms as well as the whole organism were shown to be in more strenuous condition than those of scientific workers. Simultaneously, work mobility and permanent contacts with environment raise adaptive abilities of MEM employees in relation to physical, orthostatic, and cold loading. Prevailed parasympathetic influence on blood circulation, lower somatic health indices, and Ahypovitaminosis were observed in examined men-Northerners.
