Trade unions as a form of association of forensic scientists

At the moment, there is no unified system of forensic science organizations in the Russian Federation. Also there no unified organization to regulate implementation of forensic science activity. In connection with it this article considers the unity of the forensic scientists within trade unions. Trade unions will not be able to provide full protection of the rights of forensic scientists, which is necessary to observance of the principles of justice, but trade unions will be able to provide an opportunity for effective discussion and planning of actions aimed at reforming the existing system of regulation of forensic science activities, including at the legislative level.
