Occupational stress and its impact on the efficiency of the enterprise

The article analyzes modern problems of finding ways to improve the efficiency of enterprises of the real sector of the economy. As a factor whose management can increase the efficiency of activities, professional stress in employees is considered. There is an increase, in the present conditions, in the influence of this factor not only on the state of the employee, but also on the state of the enterprise. At the same time, the position is substantiated that improving the efficiency of one enterprise can increase its financial stability, which will positively affect the level of financial security of the region and the country as a whole. The analysis of groups of factors of occupational stress inherent in the activities of a modern enterprise is carried out.Stress levels are highlighted, which simplifies the analysis. As a result of the study, a number of problems in the field of occupational stress and its impact on reducing the efficiency of the personnel of the enterprise of the real sector of the economy specializing in road construction were identified and directions for overcoming them were identified. Measures to create a primary stress management system are proposed and substantiated. With preliminary estimates of the costs of measures to manage occupational stress at the level of 450 thousand rubles, the increase in labor productivity will be from 10 to 15%. In addition to the economic effect in the form of increasing labor productivity, the implementation of measures will lead to the implementation of the developed proposals and improve the socio-psychological climate in the team, the state of health of employees, increase staff loyalty and reduce the number of conflicts.
