Prevention of youth unemployment

The article discusses the main aspects and strategies for preventing youth unemployment. The author analyzes the current situation on the labor market and identifies factors affecting the unemployment rate among young people. Special attention is paid to the development of effective training and professional retraining programs, as well as to strengthening interaction between educational institutions and enterprises. The author proposes a set of measures aimed at increasing youth employment, including stimulating entrepreneurial initiative, developing internships and practices, as well as improving information support for young professionals. In conclusion, the importance of state support and social programs to reduce youth unemployment is emphasized.
