Prevention of minors’ deviant behavior in Russia in the late XIX -early XX centuries

The article describes the measures of the state and public influence on juvenile deviants during the final period of the Russian Empire (late XIX - early XX centuries). The author discusses the features of criminal prosecution of such individuals and service of sentences by them. It is concluded that the methods used for prevention of minors' deviant behavior at that time can be implemented in the modern Russia.
