Prevention of deviant behavior of minors: issues and ways of solution

In the article there have been covered topical issues of prevention of the deviant behavior of minors on the basis of the analysis of the current Russian legislation and law enforcement practice. Ways of their solution are offered. It is noted that prevention of the deviant behavior of minors is affected by numbers violations in the activity of the administrations of the mentioned organizations. It is concluded that it is necessary to develop a mechanism of constructive interdepartmental interaction of teaching-educational institutions for children with deviant behavior, turning out children with management authorities by education, social protection, employment, educational institutions.
