Prevention and settlement of conflicts of interest as a factor in combating corruption in the public civil service system

The article examines the theoretical foundations of the conflict of interests in the civil service, examines the causal relationship between the level of ethical and professional development of civil servants, conflict of interests and corruption, analyzes legal and organizational measures to prevent and resolve conflicts of interest.
